—— ABOUT US

Mindful Healing

We are a small, specialized team of therapists focused on trauma and relationship work, offering evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, IFS, DBT, CBT, and the Gottman Method for couples. We are currently accepting new clients for in-office and telehealth sessions.

Our services support individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed by relationships or life transitions, or weighed down by difficult thoughts and emotions. We specialize in helping heal from the aftermath of traumatic events, including attachment trauma and narcissistic abuse.

We believe in creating a welcoming environment where individuals can explore their inner selves without judgment. Here, authenticity is key. We bring our true selves to the therapeutic relationship and invite you to do the same.
